Samantha Atkins has been working on a contractor basis by Flight Centre UK Ltd since October 2004.  Samantha is a fundamental member of a team that ensures all Flight Centre employees place a high value on their own personal health and well being.

Flight Centre UK Ltd has a dedicated team of health professionals, Healthwise, who provide a wide range of health and well being services to their employees. 

Reflexology and Indian Head Massage are two of the services that have given us a huge return on such a small investment. 

We believe that since her introduction Samantha has contributed to a reduction in our staff turnover, as well as ensuring a high level of employee morale.  These claims can be supported by our recognition in surveys such as �The Sunday Times 100 Best Companies to Work For� (3rd in 2003/4th in 2004).  Additional benefits include ensuring our employees are not subject to excessive pressures.  By providing services such as reflexology employees are less susceptible to excess pressures which can lead to ill health, sick days and lost productivity.  Flight Centre has a very low number of sick days reported each month and we believe an integral part of this success is the provision of services to ensure employees look after their health and wellbeing.

Healthwise Global & FlightCentre Uk:     Providing a full range of on site complementary therapies to 200+ workforce at their headquarters in New Malden plus at all of their stores across London & the South East. Flightcentre use their own in house measures to report on our effectiveness by comparing stores which use the services regularly against those that do not. Health scores for the stores that do not use the services are significantly lower, with those employees reporting higher levels of stress, less acceptable �work life balance�, having poorer morale, taking more sick days and most significantly, having a higher turnover of new recruits.
Department of Education & Skills: NoStressNow provided 15 minute Indian Head Massage treatments to staff during a 4 day �health Awareness� Health Show. Health screening was performed by their own Occupational Nurses. The nurses reported that employees whose Blood Pressure measurements were above normal when first checked, had their BP taken again directly after their short massage and were ALL significantly reduced � most to normal levels. Said Patricia Harris, events organiser : �When asked �what was the best part of the health show?� on our feedback forms, �Indian Head Massage� was THE number one on every single form we had back. You undoubtedly raised interest for the event & helped us draw more staff in. We will definitely be using your services again Samantha � thank you�
Shine PR � for Rockport Shoes:   This was a great fun event for the launch of a new Rockport shoe collection at Jones the Boot Makers in London�s trendy King�s Road. NoStressNow provided reflexology to Journalists in the back of a London Taxi as they journeyed to the King�s Road to see the new collection & pick up their free pair of shoes.! All agreed this was a great gimmick & increased interest in the collection.
4C Associates: We provided Indian Head Massage & Hand Reflexology to increase booth traffic at a large London conference & exhibition. This was a two day event and the 4C stand was clearly the hub of activity due to our presence - drawing in additional clientele & relaxing, reviving and opening the way for sales!. Claire Elvy who arranged her company�s stand said : �This was my 3rd year at this event & we knew competition for buyers attention was going to be fierce. I knew we had to do something new & innovative to draw people in & that is exactly what you did. We  have never been so busy & will definitely be using your services again (I am trying to persuade the boss to let us have you in house once a month too!) Thanks again Sam�

Tidemill Primary School

Tidemill Primary School: NoStressNow were contacted by a very distraught Head Master, Mr Elms, whose staff were very stressed due to an imminent OFSTED inspection. We were originally booked for 2 days to provide a range of 30 minute complementary treatments to the staff at the school but the sessions proved so popular we were asked to return for an addition 3 days. Every member of staff took up the treatments and their OFSTED inspection was passed with flying colours!

Interact Worldwide: This was a publicity event where NoStressNow were more than happy to provide their services free of charge in order to raise awareness for this worthy charity. The charity asked 40 heavily pregnant women to have their pregnant tummies painted with the Interact message for a photo shoot outside the Houses of Parliament. As a thank you to the ladies, NoStressNow were asked to provide short reflexology sessions both before & after the photo call. �Thank you once again for agreeing to give up some of your valuable time to support Interact Worldwide & for all your help on the day�it meant a great deal to us.. & you definitely helped to make the event a success.
